Raised painful bumps on side of tongue

I have recently developed some painful raised bumps on the side of my tongue on both sides towards the back.  I got 2 teeth bonded this past weekend and I didn't know if it could be a reaction to something used during this process.  Please let me know if it is possible to have this type of reaction.

It is possible that some of the chemicals that are used could have irritated your tongue. Wait 3 or 4 days if there is no improvement then see an oral surgeon.for a definitive diagnosis.
