Rash or red cut on gums

So I am on my 2nd Invisalign aligners and I have this red circular cut on my gums should I let my dentist know so it would not get any worse or something and what can I put on it to make it heal

You should see your orthodontist to make sure it's not being caused by your braces.  Until then don't brush that part of the gum and rinse your mouth several times a day with warm salt water.
