It’s been a while since you posted your symptoms, but I’m hopping you’re still around?

I’m in a very similar situation like your right now and I was wondering whether you have found the cause of your problems.

I had a root canal on my lateral and surgery on #11 two months ago. Ever since than everything is going worse; I have this massive pressure on my upper teeth, especially the tow middle ones, with a pulling and an overcrowding sensation (like they wouldn’t have enough space anymore). Sometimes is so bad that I wish I could pull them out my self.
My upper lip is also swollen, more in that area where the surgery was done, but moving towards the left side.  My glands are swollen as well and sometimes I have the filling that they are about to explode.

I’ve been to dentist and back to the Endodontist who performed the root canal and the surgery, but none could give an answer to my questions (pressure pain and swollen lip). The Endodontist suggested that I should have surgery on the lateral (the one that had the root canal done) but I’m afraid that it’s going to get only worse after that since I can’t even recover form the last surgery on the #11 which was 2 Months ago.

I’ve seen several other specialists, but none could give me an answer, this is way I was hopping that you could help me since I’m experiencing the same symptoms like you. Did you find some relieve or what could cause the pressure?

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. I am very desperate.
