Red bumps on mu back of tongue

Hi,

I found 6 red bumps back of my Tongue. I shown to doctor said its a taste  buds it will disappear. But still its
for long time its almost more than 6 months over. Only back of my tongue it is there. Some time when I wake up morning
I feel sore throat and will reduce and go after brush my teeth. Please advise me on this thank u

If these red bumps are circumvallate papilla,they are normal anatomy and won't disappear.Sore throat has nothing to do with the presence of circumvallate papilla. Seeing an ENT to find out your throat problem is advised.
