Red bumps on my tongue

I have some red bumps on the back of my tongue an I don't know what they are. They don't hurt and they are grouped together. I noticed them a couple days ago and thought that I could have just burnt my tongue but not sure. Plaese help

If it doesn't look like that, I would go to a dentist to have it checked out or at least bring it up on your next checkup.
