Red dot on gums

I've noticed a red dot on my gums between my two front teeth.  Up close it looks like a bunch of red dots in a circle.  I thought maybe it was just from brushing too hard, but now I've realized it's been there continuously for at least a week.  Attached a picture, and I'll upload more pictures somewhere else.

The presented picture suggests pyogenic granuloma or benign vascular lesion, or abscess.Seeing a dentist is advised.

Time to see the dentist, maybe one prescription of Pen VK will take it away.  Best to get on top of things like this early, if it's related to gum disease then maybe you can nip it in the bud quickly.  good luck
