Red gums from Light White

Red gums from Light White

I was treated with light white by Whitesmilesusa for 30 minutes 1 week ago the next day at home I applied the peroxide with the trays for 45 minutes.  The following day my gums were swollen, red, sore and some white spots.  It has been 8 days and the pain remains the same. Have the gums been blanched by the peroxide?  Should I go to the dentist?

Hydrogen peroxide tends to cause more side effects than carbamide peroxide. Discontinuing the usage of hydrogen peroxide is advised.
