Red spots on my tongue

I just noticed that there are red little spots(When I get a closer look,it looks like a tiny red swelling) on the frontal top surface of my tongue (Which there are no red spots on the sides and the back of it) They are not that big to see from a distance,I need to get my face on the mirror to notice these spots. I also noticed there's one spot that has became larger in size and dark red in colour.
I feel no pains but they existed for a few day and show no signs of recovery which I starting to worry about.
