Risks of biphosphanates

by rileyamy, Apr 16, 2009 12:17PM
I have read conflicting information as to whether a patient on biophosphanates is at a higher risk for osteonecrosis after routine scaling and root planing, no surgery.  What is the most recent information available.  Thank you.

This discussion is related to Deep scaling and root planning.
