Toothaches were sore which had not happened before. Once I got home the pain didn't go away. I went & told the dentist & he put the permanent por. crowns on. A week after that I went back in because they still hurt & he took an xray, said it didn't look like a root canal was necessary, & gave me scripts for antibiotics & steroids. That took the pain away but once I was off the steriods the pain continued & I was back on the ibuprofin. I went back in again & he said I'd have to have a root canal. Once the root canal was over the dentist said, "I did part of your root canal but there was one canal that was calcified. I tried to get in and ended up perforating, (I am not exactly sure what was perforated) I think the root. He said that I would probably lose the tooth and have to have a bridge. Is this negligence or just a
