Root Canal X-Rays Look Like 'lentulo paste filler' Brushes were Left in?
What is a root canal suppose to look like when it is done? I had an x-ray of 2 teeth that had root canals recently. One looked 'normal' the other one done in 1995 looked like 2 lentulo paste fillers had broken off in the root canal. My current dentist who is in his 30's had never seen anything like it. Does this sound odd or is there a procedure that we don't know about that may have been done that has the look of "lentulo paste fillers". During that time i came down with "Fibromyalgia" where the pain started at the top of my head down my spine. Head to toe pain for 1 year. Could this have had anything to do with my pain?

I don't think the pain is related to the RCT but I think you need to have a consult with an Endodontist.(Root canal specialist)
So are you saying it sounds strange or not normal? It is obvious it needs further looking at by an endontist but what do you think it sounds like? Can i FAX you a picture of the xray?
