SINGER WITH DEEP HOLE ON TONSILS AND TONSIL STONES

Im 15, a girl, and I have tonsilloliths. I gargle with salt water 3 times a day and mouth wash 2 times a day and I brush my tounge with my toothbrush. They come every 3 days or so. I included a picture of my tonsils. On the right side you will see a large hole on the tonsil. I am fully aware that it is normal to have tonsil crypts but I feel that this one is extreemly big, deep and wide. When i push on the sides of it, a tonsil stone or tonsillolith often comes out. Its discusting. I am a singer and I am actually pretty good. I just won my highschool's version of american idol and I want to avoid a tonsillectomy at all costs because I heard it can change your voice. Is this hole normal size? I have seen other peoples tonsils and they do not have any holes nearly this size. I dont feel much pain, but when I try to sing really hard, i do feel some pain which I didnt feel last year...but I am pretty sure id doesnt have anything to do with my tonsils. They may look red in the picture but they are not in real life. My right one is bigger then my other one...again I am not sure if this is normal. PLEASE HELP! I am going to see an ENT doctor as soon as I can…
