Scared about my tongue, throat and palate

First of all, sorry if I'll be to detailed, but here's a bit of my story.
6 months ago - I had one night stand with the girl, in that time, I shouldn't be with her, I didn't knew her well, and until now - I was stressed about it, started feeling anxious about my health and about that night.

Anyway, I checked myself for every common STD - from HIV and Hepatitis to Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (urethral smear) = everything negative, outside of window period thanks to God.
What's most annoying all this time - things that are happening in my mouth.
My throat is always red, tongue white (I was diagnosed by a doctor that I have Candida on the tongue and palate - but only 7% of it, and I solved it in a week), I started noticing small red bumps on the soft palate and stuff like that.

I didn't had sore throat, it's still red, but it doesn't hurt. Few years ago I was having some issues with sore throat, it happens to me from time to time, but now I don't have a problems with it.
Just - these visual changes that I'm noticing are driving me crazy. I didn't looked at my throat, tongue and palate before, and now, color and other things I'm seeing using flashlight - they really scared me.

And I know that these little bumps on my soft palate started after that night with the girl, for the other things - I'm not sure. Did my hard palate was with this pale color, and did my throat was red like this? Really not sure.
I'm smoking cigarettes for years, so I think that my tongue was always a bit white, but was it looked like irritated like now? Am I overreacting? Am I too anxious? These past 6 months were really hard and I really want to know what's happening.

If anyone had similar experience, please let me know. I posted few photos too, and if anyone has some idea what to do, please help! (On the photos you'll spot some dark tone on hard palate - that started two days ago, but that day I was eating very hot sandwich so I think that's because of it)
