Hi, I'm 17 and 2 days ago I got 2 cavities filled. For one of them, the dentist used anesthesia because he had to drill deeper and he ended up giving me 3 shots on one side of my mouth. About 4 hours later, the numbness went away and I noticed there was a swollen bump on my jaw that hurt when I touched it and when I opened my mouth. Now, almost 48 hours later, the swelling has gone down about 80% but it still hurts. I haven't gotten any dental work done before that required anesthesia so I don't know if this is normal. Should I be worried?
