My gum was swollen and has pus according to the dentist 4 months ago.I had a root canal done.The dentist did not do crown my top part of the teeth instead he just seal it with amalgam.Lately,my gum was swollen underneath the teeth that had root canal done. It is hard and painful.I cannot eat on either side because it will aggravate the pain. What happen? it is infected by bacteria through the seal hole. the amalgam has crack. Your opinion is most welcome.
