Swollen lips

About three weeks ago, I began thinking that I had chapped lips. The edges of my lips were rather stinging and dry. It became annoying, so I got a lip balm and began applying that liberally. Eventually, my lips got a bit swolen, and I was aware of this 24/7. Yesterday, I got a Blistex stick and this morning, my lips seem more swollen. If it made me look like Angelina Joli, I's be stoked, but as it is, it is uncomfortable and irritating! Any suggestions?
