Swollen lymph glands, throat pain....

I have had swollen lymphs glands for around a month with a sore throat, occasional issues swallowing. I have had to straighten my neck at times, to breathe better. This last week the remainder of my wisdom tooth is coming through which is obviously painful. Addtionally I feel like I have a cold. I have been taking Ibuprofen since the tooth pain.

What could the issue actually be? I keep feeling like I am getting a recurring cold over the last month or slightly longer. (I assume it isn't because of the wisdom tooth as most symptoms occurred prior).

Thanks for the replies, in advance.
