Swollen lymph node after denta work
Hi,
I had a filling in a left molar tooth and the day after I noticed a large swollen lymph node in my neck on the same side. I believe it is a submandibular node. It is quite swollen (about the size of a grape) and it is sore and tender when i touch it. I am wondering if this could be due to the dental work or is it likely to be something else. Also, how long should I leave it before seeing a doctor if the swelling doesn't go down?

Regional lymphadenopathy( sweiing lymph node) is not commonly encountered after a cavity filling procedure. Seeing a dentist to investigate the source of infection is advised.
