Swollen lymph nodes in neck after wisdom teeth extraction

I had four or my wisdom teeth extracted a little over a week ago. In the past two days I have noticed that two lymph nodes in my neck are swollen and a little painful. I was wondering if this is just a side effect of the surgery or if i should be worried, I have no other symptoms besides the lymph nodes. Also I was prescribe amoxicillin after the surgery to prevent infection of the extraction sites and I have taken all that was prescribed.

Its probably ok but I would follow up with the surgeon to make him aware of what is going on.
