Swollen tongue, hurts to swallow.

So me and my friends we were having a good time,
and we were chewing on binkis one night that we found from a friend.
And then next night I was chewing on this watter bottle cap and my mouth kinda hurt.
Like the sides of my cheeks were a little raw,
and my tongue hurt.
But everything's fine and all besides the back of the right side of my tongue hurts so bad still, it hurts to swallow anything. I can't chew, and like under my jaw line hurts and I can just feel how swollen it is like it's kinda closed up a bit. I don't know why it's like this or if it'll go away.
Should I go see a doctor?

You could be allergic to latex. Yes, you should see a doctor. Even if it gets better on its own, you should get tested to see if you have a latex allergy.

well first of all......dont chew on things that are not edible.  second, I'd probably give it a week or 2 and then call.  You probably bruised up something and it tends to take a week or so to heal up.  UNLESS its waking you up at night, then Id probably see the dentist.
