TMJ WHAT DO YOU THINK IS IT POSSIBLE

Hey all,

I've been reaally stressed out for the past six months after a nose surgery that I felt went bad before I even had it..I noticed my jaw now is tight on the right now with a bit of ear fullness and i've had this before from the jaw/grinding my teeth i dont wear the brace but now i've put it back in go figure..lol..seems like we only use it when the pain is there and that's not the point of it..well here are my questions sorry to ramble on

1.I noticed it can cause stuffy ness,my stuff ness goes away and comes seems like when i'm stressed out more or something..could it cause post nasal drip from being stressed out

2. TMJ does cause pain in the face right,headaches

I'm using ice on it and it went away last time so I just thought I'd ask casue i don't remember it
