TMJ pain

hello everyone,
I would like to know how to alleviate jaw pain apparently caused by my TMJ joint, on both sides. I originally thought it was an ear infection on the right side, but since have had my ears checked and they say they are clean. It has been going on for a very long time and does not seem to be caused by a cavity or anything. Thanks.

I would have your dentist or medical doctor refer you to a TMJ specialist.  They can evaluate and figure out how to alleviate the pain.
