Sounds like ya need a dentist. try taking tylonal and then motrin 3 hrs later. Or you take take up to 800mg of motrin every 8 hours. I find it helpful to rinse with mouthwash while having tooth pain just watch that your mouth doesnt become raw.

Hi,
You really have to get to a dentist.  Infection won't go away by itself and you will probably need antibiotics.

Please make an appt with your dentist ASAP.  Tell him you are in significant pain.

My very best to you,
Gellia
