Tongue

I have a dry pale tongue with small red spots around the tip and sides and large red spots towards the back. Why / what is this. This is not normal for me. I eat a healthy diet.

Your description appears to be normal anatomy except paleness, which may be associated with anemia. If you are highly concerned, seeing an oral pathologist or oral medicine specialist is advised.
