Tooth Removal Advice

I had a root canal and crown then crown broke off. Now dentist tells me i have two cysts in gums and to have the tooth removed as he believes in wouldn't hold up even with another root canal

Hi,
I agree.  Cysts that form in the gums can be a real problem.  Most often the tooth must be removed to reach them.

Consider an implant in this case.  They can be quite effective.

You can get a second opinion but, it does sound like you may have to have the tooth removed.
