Tooth pain
Hi I'm 22 and for the last month or so I have been experiencing very bad mouth pain it started on my left side and has moved to the right 1 doctor told me it was TMJ and another said there was an Infection. I was put on penacylin and its still not working my jaw fells like convaltions and then a sharp shotting pain on the hole side of my mouth. I can't take it any more it hurt so bad all I can do is cry. Please help me P.s I don't have any insurance it is my wisdom tooth I think.
Use moist heat ie. heat a wet towel in the microwave. Tylenol is for nerve pain, Advil for inflammation. You can alternate. You may need something stronger, however, and some of the stronger meds are expensive.
Go to your medical doctor and describe it. It could be nerve related, not a tooth problem. However, because it has changed sides, I'm not sure. I was going to say Trigeminal Neuralgia. Look that up. But it doesn't change sides unless you have it on both sides.
