Toothache

I have teeth that are broke off to the gum. All of my teeth are rotted out because my mother didnt care enough when i was a child to keep our dentist appointments up to date nor explain how important it was to brush our teeth. Anyways i now cannot afford to pay for a dentist and need to know how i can take care of this myself at home until i can go see a dentist. I live out side of Dallas, Tx. if anyone knows any programs that can help pay for that with low income, please help if you can.
