Two bumps in my mouth on both sides

I have these two "bumps" as I call them because I don't know what else to describe them. They aren't particularly large, but they are large  enough for me to feel and they feel like a piece of food stuck in the back of my teeth. Both of them have this red center which looks like blood with the one on the right being a bit larger but I'm not sure. I don't think it's any kind of cancer since these are present on both sides of the mouth in the same area, plus I'm 20 and has never smoked or drunk alcohol. Any idea on what this could be?
