Very Very Afraid

Well lately I have been having problems with the back of my throat and chest congestion and my lymph node aren't swollen or aching and I doon't have headaches or anything and lately it's ben feeling like I have a lump in my throat. I have these little white chunks that come out of my throat and smell horrible and my tonsils were swollen a bit ago but they went down. And now I'm freaking out because I keep goin online and checking my symptoms and I'm really scared alot of it says I need my tonsils out and I had strep twice before and ever since than my throat has been doin weird things. I lost my virginity December 22. 2005 and it was the first time ever. I did have oral sex with one person before that ,but my throat really didn't start acting up until after strep. I'm really scared I've been tested and came out clean ,but I am still freaking out what is goin on with me please help me I don't want to die.

it is so normal. that means your tonsils are doing its job filtering it out when foods get stuck in them. this happens to everybody. its nothing bad. just get a q-tip and wet it with hot water with salt and put it on them or on them holes you have in your mouth. Your not going to die. when you eat, old foods get stuck in them and them white things clean them out and protects them. it can be caused by strep throat. Just don't pick at it unless your hands are clean. And i'm not sure about the lump in your throat. i have the same feeling but i just don't know what it is.

i never heard of this... maybe your tonsils are swollen

tonsil stones are very common and as gross as they are cause no harm. i had them until i started taking allergy medication. they were caused by post nasal drip. i would suspect you have allergies or a sinus infection.
