Watery mouth

Whenever i get up after sleeping my mouth is filled with saliva.
After getting up from the sleep my mouth is watery with excess saliva.. After brushing my teeth i don't feel any discomfort. But its prior to brushing the problem lies, sometimes very stinky also. What could be the problem ?

just sounds like drool to me....maybe the way you are sleeping is putting pressure against your saliva glands in your cheek. this could cause them to open causing more saliva to go into your mouth while sleeping....
