What eise could i do to bring the swolling down

I had all 4 wisdom teeth cut out friday 16th. Ive used ice packs and tryed a heating pad 2 bring down the swolling in my face. Its been 55hrs since surgury. Is there anything else i could do 2 bring it down? Also my botton lip and chin are still numb is that noromal?

The lip and chin may be numb due to some trauma to the nerve during the surgery.  There's a large nerve that runs along the inside of the jaw which provides sensation to the lips/chin so it may be injured and resulting in a numbing feeling.  It may take up to 6 months to heal.  If it doesn't fully resolve by then, most likely the numbness will be permanent.  I would recommend seeing your dentist who did the surgery to let them know about it so they can monitor the situation.
