What is going on with me??????

Hi all i have question first my lips started to feel real raw-like on the side like i had a sore or sometthing but nothing thier  not even redness then i would get this tingly prickly ticklish sensation in my bottom teeth well gum rather it feels like it raidiates to my chin the only thing the sooths it some times is me running my tounge over the back of my teeth its really bothering me what can this be? is it a std type of issue? And on the back of my gum i noticed at first it was a small red dot now it look like a small white line not painfull or anything or swollen where i can see is all this related?
