Whats Wrong With Me?

For the last five months, I've had symmetrical bumps on my upper gums. They're not big, and I've even had an oral cancer screening, and the dentist didnt think it was anything serious.

Well in the last two weeks on my upper gums where you can't see unless you spread the mouth open, I now have two new symmetrical lil bumps or spots. These look fesh colored but have a little dot in the middle.

Then two nights ago I started getting pain on my bottom right gum where my wisdom tooth would be, I believe this is due to my wisdom tooth moving in.

Now tonight I noticed in my mouth on the gum, a red sore that has just happened in the last couple of hours, that looks like blood.

All I've done earlier was take some tylenol to kill my wisdom tooth pain, so I don't know where this came from because its on the other side of my mouth.

I'm only 21 and I'm not a smoker or drinker, and all of these mouth problems are freaking me out. Any ideas on any of the problems?
