Which risk is more harmful?

Im 8 weeks pregnant and ive struggled with keeping my teeth healthy my whole life. At this point I live every day in pain. Its difficult to eat and I continue to get oral infections. I know there is no way to revive my teeth as of now. My only option is to have them surgically removed. My question is what option contains less of a risk to my unborn child? The surgery or the constant infections and pain?

You should consult with your dentist and your physician in regards to your care and they'll figure out whats the best plan.  If teeth need to be removed, normally we wait until the second trimester to extract teeth if its elective but if there's severe pain and infection, it would be best to remove them sooner.
