White head bump under my tongue

So after i was done eating, underneath my tongue was hurt/sore almost felt like it was bruised...when i look underneath my tongue, on the right side i have a bump w/a white head. Is it food that's stuck?..that's what i thought until i realized i have like two more little bumps on my web part under neath my tongue. Just to let u know also, i had all for of my wisdom teeth took en out a month ago and since i have had probably w/my throat. just 4days ago i went to the doctors for growth bumps on the side of my throat!..she said its normal and my swab test came back normal. but now this! what the heck!...HELP...what should u do?

What did the swab test conclude?

You may want to go to a dentist and get it checked out.  A biopsy would definitely tell you what it is though.  Is it rough, smooth, hard, soft, a bump or is it more like a patch, sore to touch, does it look like there's pus or fluid inside, etc?  There's alot of questions that need to be answered so going to a dentist is probably the way to go.
