White stuff at the bottom of teeth?

My teeth are perfectly fine structurally. However, some of my teeth have white strips at bottom.  Do you have any suggestions what that is or how to get rid of it?

Have you had it checked out by a dentist?  

Does the white strips come off?  It may be possible that its tartar or plaque.  

If not, it may be due to some disturbance of development in your teeth when you were younger resulting in your teeth strips.  There's nothing to be done about that.  

You may want to get a check with a dentist at your next checkup though.
