Will the numb sensation fade?

Will the numb sensation fade?

Hi.
three days ago, me and a couple friends got beaten by a gang. i was punched round the face from behind a couple of times. i cleaned myself up afterwards and i seemed ok if not a little bruised. the next day i woke up to discover three of my teeth, on the right hand side of my upper jaw were completely numb, as if i was on anaesthetic. well, it has been three days now, and the numb sensation hasnt subsided, should i worry and get this checked, or do you think it will subside and i just need to be patient? Also, whenever i press this area on my cheek near the right nostril of my nose, i get a pulsating sensation behind one of my numb teeth, does this help at all?
Sparro.
