Wisdom Tooth Socket bleeding

I had my wisdom teeth removed a week ago. The doctor gave me a syringe to wash the sockets out. I went to rinse the top socket, and a squirt of blood came out (like the pressure may have dislodged something). Should I be worried that the blood clot became dislodged? I had a couple spits of blood, but the bleeding has already stopped.

There really shouldn't be too much bleeding if its been a week already.  The socket should have healed fairly well enough that there shouldn't be a bleeding issue.  If the bleeding has stopped and there's no other symptoms, I'd leave it alone and go to your dentist if there's a problem.
