Wisdome teeth ?

I have 2 wisdome teeth that i need removed. one is impacted and one is not. They do not hurt. How do i know if i need them out if they do not hurt. will i be able to tell if they are pushing my other teeth to make them  shift. What is the best way to be numb to get them out. thank you so much in advance.
