after lying down in couple of hours still feeling numbness on right jawline and lower lip after two months of extraction of third molar followed immediately with root canal on 2nd molar 47

got extracted my 3rd molar/wisdom tooth lower right on 12/03/2011. in just four days to decrease the pain that my 2nd molar the immediate tooth after extracted tooth needed was been treated by given anasthesia again for root canal. noticed tingling n numbness while sleeping n lying down. considering pressure phenomenon that my IVR3 nerve may be feeling due to edima inflammation i was given 100 mg of streroid wysolone. after completing the dozz the tingling and burning sensation went off and i got my senses of hot and cold got back on my lower right chin and lip which went numb also. i had antibiotic droxyl cla 500 and enzoflame for around one and half month. whenever in that root canal tooth the feeling of cement and carbolic is given i feel my right teeth come up one level high and my jawline including jaw joint and chick bone on right side starts paining heavily specially after my lying down stratight. so my feeling was taken off for a week and than when i never felt any pain my root canal was again taken after giving anesthesia again around 20 days back. after this again antibiotics enzoflames were taken and continued till last week 30/04/2011 when root canal was lastly treated broadening the canals and than was left with cement filling to keep it under a watch whether i m still getting any infection inflammation swelling pain over there or nearby area. on 04/05/2011 night at 11.30 pm after lying down i had terrible attack of pain starting from that tooth and gum on right lower jaw felt false numb with all the tooth on right jaw turning still and tender and this numbness was inreased till right upper jaw line also and numbeness was felt there also.jaw joint and chickbone started paining a lot. took a painkiller but the highness of all the teeth starting from centre till extreme right tooth undergoin root canal were felt. next day dentist opened up the filling and asked me to stop even neurobion that i was taking for the nerve as apprehended got damaged somehow either while extraction or while root canal or getting affected by inflammation that is not as yet stopped happening. i was fine during day hours but for next two nights i did not feel that numbness along with that pain when i got up except a bit of heaviness around my lower right jawline mandibular. last night on 7th may 2011 night at 2 am suddenly  i woke up with complete numbness and tenderness on right jaw tooth startin from centre line till that extreme 47 tooth with a feeling of all those teeth high and pain on jaw bone jaw joint chickbone and lower lip right corner only again went complete numb. after doing salted hot water gargeling twice i got some relief in numbness but stiffness of teeth continued till next morning i was straight sitting again for appx couple of hours. now i m failed to understand and still in dark why for such symptoms are still there and what actually went wrong and where? how should this be treated ? Please HELP.
