after surgical wisdom tooth removal

Hi, it s rasha ..i had my lower wisdom teeth extrarcted surgically 5 days ago...pain at the site of extraction started on the 2nd day usually gets better on analgesics ,today by looking at the extraction area , it appears reddish in colour and about two apthus ulcers are seen on the gums both sides athough am rinsing it with salt and water 3 times daily..one of the stitches is not seen in place it is not a prolene stitch ..i have an appointment in 6 days to remove the stitches...another problem is that i feel a bone tip which hits on my upper jaw from time to time..so please is there anything i can use now for these ulcers which can make the pain better.Thanks for help....
