baby teeth not coming in

I have a son that is 13 months old. When he was about six months old his lower central incisors came in. Around 10 months his upper right lateral incisor came in. Since then he has not got any more teeth. I am worried that something may be wrong. All the other toddlers his age have their upper and lower central incisors and some of their lateral ones.

I think this should be investigated. Call a pedodontist in your area for a consult over the phone or in person.
