back teeth pain

by practice249, Jul 12, 2008 10:56AM
I have chronic daily upper back teeth pain on both sides of my jaw for about the last 3 years.  Doesn't feel like a tooth ache per say... more like a generalized aching in the upper back jaw area.  My dental results show that there are no cavaties there, and I do not have sinusitus although I do have sinus pain along with the tooth/jaw pain.  I don't think I have TMJ either as my jaw does not click, I don't grind my teeth etc.  Could I possibly have a some sort of low-grade infection that doesn't show up on x-rays?  Or what?
Looking forward to your reply.
