bone graft and immunological disorders

I have Hashimoto's (an immunological disorder) and bone loss in the jaws, especially lower jaw.  Am in the process of beginning treatment, and one of options is bone graft to be followed by implants for plenty of missing teeth.  Does the Hashimoto's increase likelihood of rejection of both bone graft and the implants?  If yes, then what are my options?
btw, I recently got TMJ/D (rear-ended) and am of course in a bit of bizarre pain.  I don't want to go thru more pain needlessly espy if the graft and implants may or may not take.
Thank you in advance,
Anna K.

I have consulted with an oral surgeon and he feels that there is no increased chance of rejection of the graft due to your disease. The doctor who is doing the surgery will surely look into the  contraindications of the grafting procedure.
