bony bump on bottom inside of teeth near tongue

Hi,
I just found a very hard bump on the inside of they jaw in front of my tongue. It doesn't really move and doesn't hurt unless I continually press on it. Should I be concerned. There isn't an discoloration. Should I just moniter it?

Your description suggest torus, which is considered variant of normal anatomy.
