bumps on back of tongue

About 4-5 wks ago i noticed  2 pea sized bumps on each side of my tongue far in the back. I stuck my finger far down towards my throat and felt a patch of 10 or so bumps. theres really not any pain just annoying. Soon as I noticed the bumps I switched tooth paste(toms of maine) began rinsing with peroxide and warm salt water but showed no improvement. Recently I now have cracks on the top middle part of my tongue that are bleeding heavy when i brush and noticed a group of very small white bumps. My concern is I've never had any medical problems of any sort before and the only cause of these bumps I can come up with is a couple of months ago i was using methamphetamine for a month or so, I have stopped using and my tongue hasn't healed.. I currently don't have dental insurance so any imput would definitely be appreciated. thank you for your time.
