bumps on gum

I had a root canal several years ago now i have 2 bumps on my gum side by side. I see a dentist every 6 months brush twice sometimes 3 times a day and floss . Its where my sinus is draining but the dentist say she's not sure what's going on.What to do? My insurance is not good, even though i pay a lot for it , I'm sure it will come out of my pocket but i dont make a lot now days.

If the root canal has failed, it will need to be redone.  If its too severe a problem, the tooth may need to be removed and replaced with an implant, bridge, denture, etc.  But it may be a gum issue as well.  You should consult with your dentist.
