Upper left first bicuspid may have distal inter proximal caries.a better bite wing x-ray is needed to confirm the presence of cavity.

Hey, scottma thanks for your opinion. Please check out my other post as I posted another xray of that same area. maybe it will give you a better idea about possibly having a cavity in my upper left first biscupid. thank you so much!
