chemotheropy and dental problems

I had chemotheropy for breast cancer 19 years ago.  I only remember 1 on the drugs used, that was cytoxan.  Now I need to have several teeth pulled and my dentist does not want to pull them because I cannot tell them the type of drugs used.  The doctor is not in practice any longer and the hospital does not keep records longer than 7 years! What are the risks with having the teeth pulled and a partial going in and are there other options? please help!

It appears that the chemotherapeutic agent has not been taken for a long time. The residual side effect is probably minimal. As long as your current medical condition is not severly compromised, I do'nt see why a surgical procedure can not be delivered. Seeing an oral surgeon is advised.
