cocaine pains

hi i have used cocaine alot in the past few months about a ball a day (3.5 grams) and i started to get very painfull pains in my teeth when i snorted it and my nose has a big hole in it from my left nostirl to my right. i have stoped usin but it aint been very long its been about two weeks.my question is how can i stop the pain and why did it hurt when i would snort it
